Susanna is listed in the census as born in Crediton. An LDS entry has her christened in Topsham.


66. John PERRYMAN

John Perryman was listed as Carrier. I think this should read Currier (someone who prepared hides for leather making). He had an apprentice living with the family George Fancock or Tancock.
In 1851 James Pearce Mansfield was a Currier, no doubt working for Mr Perryman and probably where he met Miss Mary Anne Perryman who he later married.
